Creamy Avocado Pasta

Creamy Avocado Pasta made with odorless, organic, keto GoSkinny Noodles Spaghetti konjac noodles (shirataki) on blue plate

Ingredients
2 7.05 oz packages GoSkinny Noodles Spaghetti
1-3 garlic cloves
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1 medium ripe and pitted avocado
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
Kosher salt and fresh black pepper to taste

Drain and rinse GoSkinny Noodles thoroughly. Pan fry noodles (with no oil) 2-3 minutes and set aside. Place garlic and basil in food processor; pulse to mince. Add avocado, oil, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon water to food processor; process until combined thoroughly. If sauce is too thick, add another tablespoon of water. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss sauce with warm GoSkinny Noodles and serve immediately. Makes 2-3 servings.
