Shipping policy

 

We ship GoSkinny Noodles products by USPS typically within 3-4 business days (often sooner). USPS generally delivers GoSkinny Noodles orders 2-5 business days after the shipping date. We will send a tracking number by email after the order is prepared for shipment. We do not ship GoSkinny Noodles products outside the United States. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Shipping Address
Please check the shipping address thoroughly before submitting an order. If you notify us of a shipping address correction before shipping, we will attempt to correct it. However once your order is picked up by USPS, we are unable to make changes. We are not responsible for items that are lost or undeliverable due to incomplete or insufficient address. If a shipment is returned because the address is undeliverable or incorrect information was provided, no refund will be issued. 

Smart Baking Company Products (SmartCake, SmartMuf'n)
When available, Smart Baking Company items are shipped from a separate warehouse. Smart Baking Company items generally ship out 7-10 business days after the order is placed. If you order both Smart Caking Company item(s) and GoSkinny Noodles item(s), they will ship separately.
Note: After Smart Baking Company items have shipped, sale is consider final (no returns or exchanges).
