Refund policy
Our return policy allows customers to return any unopened purchased GoSkinny Noodles product within 30 days of the original shipping date. We understand sometimes customers may have a change of heart or encounter unforeseen circumstances, and we want to ensure their satisfaction with our products.
Note: When offered, subscription orders are final sale; there are no returns or refunds for subscription orders.
To initiate a return, customers first must contact our Returns team who will assign a Return Authorization number and guide customers through the process. Customers must provide their order number and details about the GoSkinny Noodles product they want to return. To start the return process, visit our Contact page.
Customers are responsible for return shipping methods and fees. All returns must be shipped with shipping costs prepaid. We are unable to accept returns if shipping costs are not prepaid.
When the Returns team has confirmed receipt of the returned GoSkinny Noodles product(s), a refund will be issued within 2 weeks – often much sooner.
For returns on orders of $50 or more, there is a service fee of 15 percent of the purchase price.
There are no refunds on returned shipments. If you refuse a shipment due to change of mind, no refund will be issued.
If a shipment is returned because the address is undeliverable or incorrect information was provided, no refund will be issued. Please check your shipping address carefully to avoid possible problems and notify us immediately if you discover an error. Once an order ships, address corrections cannot be made and no refund will be issued.
Damaged or Missing Items: Customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery if there are missing or damaged items. Damage is defined as unfit to consume and/or missing from shipment. Customers must provide photos and the expiration date(s) of the damaged product. If the outside shipping box is damaged, customers must provide photos of the damaged box and its shipping label including the barcode on the label.
Smart Baking Company Products (SmartCake, SmartMuf'n) - When Available
When SmartCake (Smart Baking Company) items have shipped, sale is considered final; there are no returns or exchanges.
Note: SmartCake and Smart Baking Company items are shipped from a separate warehouse via USPS. Smart Baking Company items generally ship within 7-10 business days after the order is placed. If you order both Smart Baking Company item(s) and GoSkinny Noodles item(s), they will ship separately.
