Traditional Japanese Ramen
1 7.05 oz package GoSkinnny Noodles Spaghetti
½ teaspoon sesame oil
½ teaspoon olive oil
1 minced garlic clove
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
sliced mushrooms (optional)
shredded carrot (optional)
2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons miso (optional)
soft boiled egg (optional)
sliced scallions (optional)
kimchee or Sriracha sauce (optional)

Rinse and drain GoSkinny Noodles Spaghetti well, and set aside. Heat sesame and olive oil in medium sauce pan; add garlic clove and ginger, then stir/simmer for 2-3 minutes. Do not brown. Add sliced mushrooms or carrots if desired; cook until soft. Add chicken or vegetable broth and soy sauce; simmer 5 minutes. Add miso if desired. Add GoSkinny Noodles Spaghetti and simmer 2-3 minutes. Transfer to bowl and add optional toppings: soft boiled egg, sliced scallions, and kimchee or Sriracha sauce for spicy version. Serve hot. Makes 1 serving.
