Tofu and Angel Hair Noodles Poke Bowl

1 16 oz block extra firm tofu
1 7.05 oz package GoSkinny Noodles Angel Hair
1-2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
2-3 stalks chopped green onions
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Cooked white rice or warm GoSkinny Noodles Rice

Drain and press tofu, then gently wrap tofu in 2-3 layers of paper towel. Place on plate; add another plate weighted with 2 cans on top of tofu. Set aside for 30-45 minutes. Cut drained tofu into bite size pieces. Rinse and drain GoSkinny Noodles Angel Hair well, cut to 6-8 inches in length, and microwave for 2 minutes on high; set aside to cool. In a medium mixing bowl, add ginger, green onions, sesame seeds, soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce and mix thoroughly.  Add noodles and tofu and carefully mix to avoid crumbling tofu. Refrigerate for up to an hour and serve with hot white rice. Makes 2 servings.
