GoSkinny Noodles Veggie Stir Fry

Tofu Stir Fry made with odorless, organic, keto GoSkinny Noodles Spaghetti konjac noodles (shirataki) in wok
1 7.05 oz package GoSkinny Noodles Spaghetti
1 (14-16 oz) package extra firm tofu
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon cooking sake
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
5-6 cups sliced vegetables like onions, green onions, mushrooms, red peppers, carrots, broccoli florets, bean sprouts

Drain liquid from GoSkinny Noodles Spaghetti, rinse thoroughly and drain again. Cut noodles into 6-8 inch pieces and set aside. Rinse tofu, pat dry, cut into 1⁄2” cubes, set aside. Combine the sauces and sake, then set aside. In a large skillet or wok, heat oil, stir in garlic and cook 1-2 minutes. Add veggies and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly cooked. Add noodles and tofu to veggies and pour sauce over mixture. Stir fry 3-4 minutes until veggies cook to desired tenderness. Do not over cook. Makes 4 servings.
